Travel Funding

Attending a conference is a great way to get your new research out to the community, get inspiration from other research being done at different institutions, and make professional connections that can boost your career prospects. However, the cost of traveling can be quite high, so this week we will be discussing various grant opportunities for travel that can be used to offset or completely cover travel expenses. We will cover a number of funding opportunities available to graduate students in acoustics, including grants from the Acoustical Society of America and UT Austin.
