Outreach Preparation Meeting

It's that time of year again when we are preparing for Girl Day and Explore UT over the next few weeks. We also have a young group of students coming in next Wednesday and prospective students coming to tour the campus in this time frame. In order to be ready for the events, we will be double checking our demos and assembling rubber band harmonica bags for both outreach events. There are quite a few of them, so we will be setting up an assembly line to get things together.
We are looking for volunteers for Girl Day on Saturday, February 22nd. You can find the link to sign up for a specific time slot here: Girl Day Volunteer sign up . Just because there may not be a time slot open when you go to sign up doesn't mean we won't need you! Trust me, there are a lot of people and your help will be greatly appreciated. More detailed information will be provided early next week for everyone so you'll know what to expect.
